Halo&Co Launches HaloSync at AWS Summit Seoul
Halo&Co, a leading travel technology company, officially announced its groundbreaking OTA-dedicated NDC Aggregator platform at AWS Summit Seoul 2025, held at COEX from September 3-4, 2025. This marks the first OTA-specialized NDC Aggregator platform in South Korea, representing a significant milestone in the aviation distribution industry.
Revolutionary NDC Aggregator Platform Unveiled
The AWS Summit Seoul 2025, Amazon Web Services’ largest cloud technology conference in South Korea, served as the perfect stage for Halo&Co to introduce its innovative platform. The event featured over 110 sessions, including 70+ customer sessions focused on cloud and generative AI innovations, providing attendees with practical insights into the latest technological advancements.

Halo&Co’s new platform, developed based on years of operational expertise in travel technology, is specifically optimized for OTA business environments. The API-based integrated platform dramatically simplifies complex technical integration processes, significantly enhancing the efficiency and scalability of the aviation distribution ecosystem.
Korea’s First OTA-Optimized NDC Aggregator Platform
NDC (New Distribution Capability) is a next-generation aviation distribution standard established by IATA (International Air Transport Association), designed to directly connect airlines and travel agencies for more efficient provision of real-time fares, ancillary services, and diverse content. However, most domestic OTAs and small-to-medium travel agencies face significant challenges in adopting NDC due to the burden of airline-specific API integration, technical testing, and post-processing system construction.
Halo&Co has been leading the industry since 2018 through NDC Capable certification, NDC Aggregator acquisition, and the first domestic application of NDC platforms, driving the development of proprietary platforms tailored to OTA environments. The result, Halo&Co’s new platform, integrates multiple airlines’ NDC content through a single API, going beyond simple integration to support comprehensive operational functions including booking, cancellation, modification, and refund processing.
Core Features Designed with Users in Mind
“What if airlines need to increase NDC market share but can’t directly integrate with all travel agencies?”
“What if travel agencies need NDC but lack the resources to invest in development and operations?”
“What if customers in the AI era want to find flights with desired schedules, prices, and attributes more easily?”
Halo&Co has incorporated the needs of airlines, travel agencies, and customers into its platform, featuring:
PolarHub - API Connectivity Hub
Integration with multiple airline NDC APIs, unified access through PolarHub API. Simplifies and expands access to the NDC content ecosystem, enabling seamless connectivity and rich content availability.
Albus - Platform Control & Admin
Airline sales management, route control, promotions, settlement & reporting. Delivers superior control and actionable insights, empowering airlines and platform managers to maximize performance and profitability in the NDC era.
Luna - B2B Portal Service
Flight search, booking/ticketing, post-booking services, full NDC content access. Provides a comprehensive and user-friendly portal for B2B users, enabling smooth NDC operations that enhance efficiency and deliver superior customer service experiences.
Strategic Technology Collaboration with AWS
Halo&Co’s technology has been enhanced through collaboration with AWS, the leading cloud company. In August 2025, Halo&Co achieved AWS Partner Software Path certification, granted only to platforms that pass AWS’s Technical Review Program (FTR). This official AWS partnership signifies that Halo&Co’s technical capabilities and security have been objectively verified, utilizing AWS-based high-availability infrastructure to ensure superior stability and scalability.
At AWS Summit Seoul 2025, Halo&Co’s CEO presented “Less Development, More Value: Halo&Co’s NDC Aggregator SaaS Journey,” sharing the development story of Halo&Co using AWS ProServe, its differentiated features, and actual OTA implementation cases, garnering significant attention from attendees.
“Halo&Co represents the first SaaS-based NDC Aggregator in Korea to obtain all IATA certifications, with our core value being bridging the gap between technology and practical implementation,” stated Halo&Co’s CEO.
Full-Scale NDC Aggregator Service Launch
Halo&Co plans to fully launch its NDC Aggregator service centered around the new platform and expand the OTA-dedicated aviation distribution SaaS market. The company will introduce a new brand based on Halo&Co in the second half of 2025, with plans to integrate with 10+ additional airlines, provide partner self-onboarding kits, and sequentially introduce AI-based operational automation features.
Additionally, Halo&Co plans to enter the AWS Marketplace to expand into the global aviation distribution market beyond Asia, positioning itself as a technology leader in the global aviation distribution sector.
Industry Impact and Future Vision
Halo&Co’s platform announcement strengthens its technological leadership in the global aviation distribution market and establishes the company as a future-leading enterprise in both domestic and international aviation distribution industries. The platform enables:
- Airlines to secure more sales channels
- OTAs to utilize content without technical burdens
- Customers to experience faster and more flexible flight search capabilities
Through this innovative platform, Halo&Co continues to support efficient entry into aviation distribution environments without the need for complex system construction, maintaining its commitment to simplifying travel technology for all stakeholders.
